it scares me how impermanent all my internet friendships are like you could just delete and i’d never see you again in my life or hear from you ever again and that makes me really sad
Yes, but at the same time, doesn’t it suck that you can’t actually do that to people in reality? Why is it that internet friends are the ones you’d never want to get rid of, but your actual friends— the ones who have absolutely nothing in common with you… the ones you make fun of you for things you can’t help… the people who’ve just stuck around your whole life— are the ones you’d actually like to part ways with, but you can’t ‘cause you live in the same fucking state and have no plans of moving anytime soon.
